Spook Cave & Campground

Spook Cave and Campground is a family attraction located among the beautiful and peaceful bluffs of rural McGregor, Iowa just off U.S. Hwy 18. Watch (and take pictures) in amazement as your Spook Cave tour guide points out the formations while discussing the history of our area and how the cave was discovered and formed. Uniquely in the comfort of our aluminum boats, no walking involved, great for people of all ages.

Extend your stay in our fully modern campground located on 93 acres around the cave. Besides all types of camping sites and cabins, activities include hiking trails, swimming and fishing lake, trout stream, sand volleyball, and a waterfall as you first enter the campground.
